You can report a video or a user from the menu on the video or profile. After reporting you can hide that DUO or block the person. You can follow the status of your reports in "Report history" in My Page.

Appeals

If your own video, comment or profile photo was hidden or held, you can ask our team to review it again from "Review requests" in My Page in the app. If you disagree with any other decision, such as restricting an account, use the form on this page (type "Appeal") and tell us the video or account concerned, the date and time, and your reason. We will review it and reply.

Child safety

Report child safety concerns in the app (reason: "Risk to minors") or at duoclip@vault-tec.jp. Do not attach illegal images or videos to your email. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police or local emergency services first. See our Child Safety Standards for details.
