Delete your account

Delete in the app
On your DUOclip profile page, choose Delete account and confirm. You must be signed in as the account holder. Deletion cannot be undone, so check any videos you want to keep before continuing.
After acceptance
Account access and sharing stop, and deletion of authentication information, profile, related server-side videos and settings begins. Network failures or pending work are not shown as completion. This is not a system that periodically removes active users.
Current limits
Automatic scheduled retries for remaining deletion work are not yet running in the development environment. If processing is pending, contact your test distributor or the contact channel. Videos already saved on another person’s device cannot be deleted from that device.
If you cannot open the app
Use the contact options on the contact page and ask to delete your DUOclip account. Identity verification is required. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes. No fixed deadline for completing every deletion request is currently stated.
