These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using "POVLOG" ("the Service"), provided by VAULT LLC (合同会社VAULT; "we"/"us"). All users ("Users") use the Service on the basis that they agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and us regarding use of the Service.
- We may change these Terms. Changed Terms are deemed accepted when a User continues using the Service after we announce them in the Service.
- Regardless of whether they register or install the app, anyone who joins the group feature (including Relay) via a browser or other means through an invite URL, QR code, etc., and who shoots or posts content ("Guest Participants") is also included in "Users" under these Terms and is deemed to have agreed to these Terms at the time of joining, shooting, or posting.
Article 2 (Overview)
- The Service automatically edits multiple short clips shot by the User into a short video that can be saved and shared.
- The Service includes a group feature where multiple Users collaboratively create one video.
- Video generation is processed on cloud servers.
- The Service is intended for use within Japan.
Article 3 (Eligible users and age)
- The Service is for users aged 13 and over. Those under 13 may not use it.
- Users under 18 must use the Service with a guardian's consent.
- If a User is found not to meet the age requirement, we may suspend or delete that account.
Article 4 (Account)
- The Service can be started without registration; accounts before registration are managed via the device/anonymous identifier.
- At purchase or other times, Users may sign in with "Sign in with Apple" or a Google account to create a permanent account. Signing in carries over prior usage data and any held credits to the same account.
- Signing in is used to carry over purchases and plans across device changes and reinstalls. Users manage the Apple ID and Google account used to sign in at their own responsibility.
- Users manage their display name and other settings at their own responsibility.
- Users may delete their account anytime from Settings. Deleted accounts and related data cannot be restored; see the Account Deletion page for details.
Article 5 (Fees and billing)
- The Service has a free tier and paid plans (one-time purchase and monthly subscription). Plan contents and prices are shown in the app.

Article 6 (Handling of posted content)
- Rights to content the User shoots/generates ("Posted Content": videos, clips, images, text) belong to the User or rightful holder.
- We may use Posted Content within the scope necessary to provide/operate the Service (cloud storage/processing, video generation, sharing with group participants, etc.).
- Users warrant they hold the rights to Posted Content or have obtained necessary permissions, and obtain necessary consent from any persons appearing.
- We may delete, without prior notice, Posted Content we judge to be: against public order and morals; illegal or promoting illegal acts; defaming others or infringing others' rights; constituting or promoting child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE); constituting child sexual abuse material (CSAM); or otherwise inappropriate.
Article 7 (Group feature)
- Creating and joining groups is free for all Users. Joining is done via an invite URL or a QR code.
- Owners are responsible for managing invite URLs/QR codes. Invited participants can view and save videos generated in the group.
- Users use the group feature understanding that shared videos include other participants.

- Legal compliance We comply with Japanese laws on child safety (the Act on Punishment of Activities Relating to Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, the Child Welfare Act, etc.) and review our operations as needed.
