BE THE BOXER Data Deletion (Account Deletion)

Deleting your data

How to delete your data in BE THE BOXER (operated by VAULT LLC). There is no account registration.

Data on your device

  • Uninstalling the app deletes all records and settings on your device.
  • You can remove a photo face at any time with "Restore original face" on the TARGET screen.

Data kept on our servers

  1. Note the Support ID shown at the bottom of the app's Settings.
  2. Uninstall the app (if you keep using it, your data will be sent again).
  3. Send "data deletion" and your Support ID through the contact form ("Contact us" in the app's Settings) or to game@vault-tec.jp.

After confirming your identity and the data concerned, we will in principle delete your saved data, daily backups, transfer information and usage records within 30 days. As a record of the deletion, we keep only a hash of the random device ID, the date and the number of items deleted.

Please note

  • Deleted data cannot be restored.
  • Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle them.
