このページは、合同会社VAULT が提供する「POVLOG」のアカウントおよび関連データの削除方法を説明します。

アプリ内で削除する（即時・推奨）

  1. POVLOG を開き、ホーム右上の ⚙️ 設定 を開きます。
  1. 一番下の「アカウントを削除」をタップします。
  1. 確認のうえ実行すると、アカウントと下記のデータがサーバーから削除されます。

アプリを使わずに削除を依頼する

アプリを開けない場合は、お問い合わせページから「アカウント削除希望」としてご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、原則30日以内に削除します。

削除されるデータ

  • アカウント情報（メールアドレス・表示名・認証識別子）
  • プロフィール
  • 🪙クレジットの残高および利用履歴
  • 友達招待に関するデータ
  • 作成したシーン・動画・クリップおよびそのメタデータ
  • プッシュ通知トークン

保持されるデータと保持期間

  • 取引・課金の記録は、法令（会計・税務）上の義務に基づき最長7年間保持します。
  • 不正利用の防止に必要な最小限の記録を、一定期間保持する場合があります。
  • App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat 等の決済事業者に残る購入記録は、各社のポリシーに従います。

This page explains how to delete your POVLOG account and related data. POVLOG is provided by VAULT LLC (合同会社VAULT).

Delete in the app (immediate, recommended)

  1. Open POVLOG and tap ⚙️ Settings (top-right of Home).
  1. Tap "Delete account" at the bottom.
  1. After you confirm, your account and the data below are deleted from our servers.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot open the app, contact us via the Contact page (https://vault-tec.jp/povlog/contact/) requesting "account deletion". After identity verification, we delete it within 30 days in principle.

Data that is deleted

  • Account info (email address, display name, authentication identifier)
  • Profile
  • Credit (🪙) balance and usage history
  • Referral data
  • Scenes, videos, and clips you created and their metadata
  • Push notification token

Data retained and retention period

  • Transaction/billing records are retained for up to 7 years under accounting/tax law.
  • Minimal records needed to prevent abuse may be retained for a certain period.
  • Purchase records held by payment providers (App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, etc.) follow their respective policies.

Eliminar en la app (inmediato, recomendado)

  1. Abre POVLOG y toca ⚙️ Ajustes (arriba a la derecha en Inicio).
  1. Toca "Eliminar cuenta" al final.
  1. Tras confirmar, tu cuenta y los datos siguientes se eliminan de nuestros servidores.

Solicitar la eliminación sin la app

Si no puedes abrir la app, contáctanos desde la página de Contacto (https://vault-tec.jp/povlog/contact/) solicitando "eliminación de cuenta". Tras verificar tu identidad, la eliminamos en un plazo de 30 días en principio.

Datos que se eliminan

  • Información de la cuenta (correo, nombre visible, identificador de autenticación)
  • Perfil
  • Saldo de créditos (🪙) e historial de uso
  • Datos de invitación de amigos
  • Escenas, vídeos y clips que creaste y sus metadatos
  • Token de notificaciones push

Datos que se conservan y periodo

  • Los registros de transacciones/cobros se conservan hasta 7 años por ley contable/fiscal.
  • Pueden conservarse, por un periodo, registros mínimos necesarios para prevenir el abuso.
  • Los registros de compra en proveedores de pago (App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, etc.) siguen sus políticas.

於 App 內刪除（即時・建議）

  1. 開啟 POVLOG，點選首頁右上的 ⚙️ 設定。
  1. 點選最下方的「刪除帳號」。
  1. 確認後執行，帳號與下列資料將自伺服器刪除。

不使用 App 申請刪除

若無法開啟 App，請至聯絡我們頁面（https://vault-tec.jp/povlog/contact/）以「申請刪除帳號」與我們聯繫。完成身分確認後，原則上於 30 日內刪除。

會刪除的資料

  • 帳號資訊（電子郵件、顯示名稱、認證識別碼）
  • 個人檔案
  • 點數（🪙）餘額與使用紀錄
  • 好友邀請相關資料
  • 您建立的場景・影片・片段及其中繼資料
  • 推播通知權杖

保留的資料與保留期間

  • 為防止不正使用所需之最小限度紀錄，可能保留一定期間。
