合同会社VAULT（以下、「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供する「初心（shoshin）」（以下、「本サービス」といいます。）におけるユーザーの個人情報・データの取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

2. 基本方針 — ローカルファースト
本サービスは、坐禅の記録・円相・累計・各種設定をユーザーの端末内にのみ保存します。これらのデータを当社のサーバーへ送信・収集することはありません。本サービスはアカウント登録・ログインを必要としません。
3. 取得する情報
本サービスが端末外で処理する情報は、以下の課金に関する情報のみです。
- 課金情報 — 購入・サブスクリプションの状態および匿名の利用者識別子。決済情報（クレジットカード等）はAppleが処理し、当社は保有しません。氏名・メールアドレス等を当社が取得することはありません。
以下の情報は取得しません：位置情報・連絡先・カメラ・マイク・写真・広告識別子・行動履歴。第三者による解析・広告・クロスアプリのトラッキングは行いません。
4. 利用目的
- 有料プラン（Shoshin+）の提供・復元
- 購入の検証
5. 通知
本サービスの通知は端末内のローカル通知のみを使用します。通知の内容が当社サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
6. 第三者への提供・業務委託
当社は、以下の事業者に課金処理に必要な範囲で情報の処理を委託しています。法令に基づく場合を除き、これ以外の第三者にユーザーの情報を提供することはありません。

7. データの保管期間・削除
端末内のデータは、本アプリを削除することで消去されます。課金に関する情報の保管は、AppleおよびRevenueCatの各方針に従います。
8. 未成年者の個人情報
本サービスは個人情報を収集しない設計です。未成年者から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
9. 安全管理措置
当社は、取り扱う情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
10. 海外のプライバシー法について
本サービスは日本の法令に基づいて運営されます。なお、本サービスは個人データをほとんど取得しない設計です。一部の処理（RevenueCat等）は日本国外で行われる場合があり、適用法令に従って取り扱います。
11. 開示・訂正・利用停止の請求
ユーザーは、法令に従い、当社に対して個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除を請求することができます。お問い合わせ窓口で受け付けます。
12. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、法令の変更や本サービスの内容に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更は本ページで告知します。

VAULT LLC ("we") sets out this Privacy Policy for the handling of user information in "shoshin" ("the Service").
1. Operator. VAULT LLC — Representative: Takumi Kawamori — Konotora Bldg. 7F, 1-1-14 Shimomeguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo 153-0064, Japan.
2. Local-first. The Service stores your sitting records, ensō, totals and settings only on your device. We do not transmit or collect this data on any server. No account or sign-in is required.
3. Information processed. The only information processed off-device relates to purchases: purchase/subscription status and an anonymous user identifier. Payment details are processed by Apple and never held by us; we do not receive your name or email. We do NOT collect location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, advertising identifiers or behavioural history. No analytics, no ads, no cross-app tracking.
4. Purposes. Providing and restoring the paid plan (Shoshin+); verifying purchases.
5. Notifications. Local notifications only; their content never leaves the device.
6. Third parties / processors. Apple Inc. (In-App Purchase processing) and RevenueCat, Inc. (purchase/subscription status with an anonymous identifier). No other third-party provision except as required by law.
7. Retention & deletion. On-device data is erased when you delete the app. Purchase information is retained per Apple's and RevenueCat's policies.
8. Minors. The Service is designed to collect no personal data and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
9. Security. We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of handled information.
10. Foreign privacy laws. The Service is operated under the laws of Japan. It is designed to collect almost no personal data; some processing (e.g. RevenueCat) may occur outside Japan and is handled per applicable law.
11. Requests. You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion per applicable law via the contact page.
12. Changes. We may update this Policy; material changes will be announced on this page.
