合同会社VAULT（以下、「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供する「POVLOG」（以下、「本サービス」といいます。）におけるユーザーの個人情報・データの取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

2. 取得する情報

当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得します。
 
  • アカウント識別子・表示名：本サービスは会員登録不要ですが、サービス提供のための匿名識別子と、ユーザーが設定した表示名を取得します。
  • サインイン情報（任意）：ユーザーが「Sign in with Apple」または Google でサインインした場合、認証のための識別子、メールアドレス、氏名（提供される場合）を取得します。Apple のメール非公開を選択した場合は、Apple が中継する非公開アドレスを取得します。サインインは購入の引き継ぎ等のために用いられます。
  • ユーザーが撮影・生成したコンテンツ：動画クリップ、写真、生成された動画、それらの撮影日時等のメタデータ。
  • デバイス情報：端末の種類、OSバージョン、アプリのバージョン、端末識別子（IDFV等）。
  • 利用状況：アプリの操作ログ、機能の利用履歴、クラッシュ等の不具合情報。
  • プッシュ通知トークン：通知を送信するための識別子（通知を許可した場合）。
  • 課金情報：購入・サブスクリプションの状態。なお、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は、Apple 等の決済事業者が処理し、当社は保有しません。

3. 利用目的

当社は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。
 
  1. 本サービスの提供・運営（動画の生成・保存・グループ共有を含む）のため
  1. プッシュ通知の送信のため
  1. 課金・決済の処理、特典・招待機能の提供のため
  1. 不具合の調査・サポート、お問い合わせへの対応のため
  1. 本サービスの品質向上・改善、利用状況の分析のため
  1. 不正利用の防止、利用規約違反への対応のため

4. 第三者への提供・業務委託

当社は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、以下の外部サービス事業者にデータの処理を委託します。これらの事業者の一部は海外にサーバーを置く場合があります。

上記のほか、法令に基づく場合や、ユーザーの生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要がある場合を除き、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ずに個人データを第三者に提供することはありません。

5. カメラ・マイク・写真へのアクセス

本サービスは、動画の撮影のためにカメラおよびマイクへのアクセスを、作成した動画を保存するために写真（メディアライブラリ）へのアクセスを利用します。これらの許可は端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。

6. データの保管期間・削除

  1. 当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、データを保管します。
  1. ユーザーがアカウントを削除した場合、動画・クリップを含む関連データはサーバー上から連鎖して削除されます。ただし、法令上保存が必要な情報や、バックアップ等に一定期間残る場合があります。削除方法の詳細はアカウント削除ページをご参照ください。

7. 未成年者の個人情報

当社は、13歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を取得しません。18歳未満のユーザーの個人情報については、特に慎重に取り扱い、必要最小限の範囲での収集・利用にとどめます。

8. 安全管理措置

当社は、取得した個人データの漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

9. 海外のプライバシー法について

本サービスは日本国内向けのため、海外のプライバシー法（GDPR、CCPA等）には対応していません。

10. 開示・訂正・利用停止の請求

ユーザーは、法令の定めに従い、自己の個人データの開示・訂正・利用停止・削除を請求できます。ご請求は「お問い合わせ」窓口より受け付けます。

11. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の変更やサービスの内容の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更については、本サービス上で告知します。

2. Information we collect

  • Account identifier / display name: no registration is required, but we collect an anonymous identifier for service delivery and the display name the user sets.
  • Sign-in info (optional): if the user signs in with "Sign in with Apple" or Google, we collect an authentication identifier, email address, and name (if provided). If the user chooses Apple's Hide My Email, we receive the private relay address Apple provides. Sign-in is used to carry over purchases, etc.
  • Content shot/generated by the user: video clips, photos, generated videos, and metadata such as capture date/time.
  • Device info: device type, OS version, app version, device identifier (e.g., IDFV).
  • Usage: app operation logs, feature usage history, crash/defect info.
  • Push notification token: an identifier for sending notifications (if permitted).
  • Billing info: purchase/subscription status. Payment information such as credit card numbers is processed by payment providers (Apple, etc.) and is not held by us.

3. Purposes of use

  1. To provide/operate the Service (including generating, saving, and group-sharing videos).
  1. To send push notifications.
  1. To process billing/payment and provide benefits/referral features.
  1. To investigate defects, provide support, and respond to inquiries.
  1. To improve quality and analyze usage.
  1. To prevent misuse and respond to Terms violations.

4. Third-party provision / outsourcing

We outsource data processing to the following providers within the scope necessary to provide the Service. Some place servers overseas.

5. Camera / microphone / photos access

The Service uses camera and microphone access to record video, and photo (media library) access to save created videos. These permissions can be changed anytime in device settings.

6. Retention / deletion

  1. We retain data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
  1. When a user deletes their account, related data including videos and clips is cascade-deleted from servers. However, information legally required to be retained, or data in backups, may remain for a certain period.

7. Minors' personal information

We do not intentionally collect personal information from those under 13. We handle the personal information of users under 18 with particular care, limiting collection/use to the minimum necessary.

8. Security measures

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and to otherwise manage it safely.

9. Overseas privacy laws

As the Service is intended for Japan, it does not comply with overseas privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

10. Disclosure / correction / suspension requests

Users may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their personal data under applicable law. Requests are accepted via the "Contact" desk.

  1. Prestar/operar o Serviço (incluindo gerar, salvar e compartilhar vídeos em grupo).
  1. Enviar notificações push.
  1. Processar cobrança/pagamento e fornecer recursos de benefícios/indicação.
  1. Investigar falhas, dar suporte e responder a dúvidas.
  1. Melhorar a qualidade e analisar o uso.
  1. Prevenir uso indevido e responder a violações dos Termos.

4. Fornecimento a terceiros / terceirização

Terceirizamos o tratamento de dados aos provedores a seguir, na medida necessária. Alguns mantêm servidores no exterior.

  • Google (Google Sign-In) — autenticação de login
  • Cloudflare R2 — armazenamento de mídia como vídeos e imagens

  • Google (Gemini) — processamento de IA para edição de vídeo
  • RevenueCat — gestão de cobrança/assinaturas
  • Expo (Apple APNs) — envio de notificações push
  • PostHog — análise de uso
  • Sentry — detecção de erros/falhas
Além do acima, não fornecemos dados pessoais a terceiros sem consentimento prévio, exceto quando exigido por lei ou para proteger a vida, o corpo ou o patrimônio de uma pessoa.

5. Acesso a câmera / microfone / fotos

O Serviço usa câmera e microfone para gravar vídeo, e o acesso a fotos (biblioteca de mídia) para salvar os vídeos criados. Essas permissões podem ser alteradas a qualquer momento nas configurações do dispositivo.

6. Retenção / exclusão

  1. Retemos os dados pelo período necessário para cumprir as finalidades.
  1. Quando o usuário exclui a conta, os dados relacionados, incluindo vídeos e clipes, são excluídos em cascata dos servidores. Porém, informações que a lei exija reter, ou dados em backups, podem permanecer por certo período.

7. Informações pessoais de menores

Não coletamos intencionalmente informações pessoais de menores de 13 anos. Tratamos as informações de usuários menores de 18 com cuidado especial, limitando ao mínimo necessário.

8. Medidas de segurança

Adotamos medidas necessárias e adequadas para prevenir vazamento, perda ou dano dos dados pessoais e para geri-los com segurança.

9. Leis de privacidade estrangeiras

Por ser destinado ao Japão, o Serviço não cumpre leis de privacidade estrangeiras (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

10. Pedidos de divulgação / correção / suspensão

Os usuários podem solicitar divulgação, correção, suspensão de uso ou exclusão de seus dados pessoais conforme a lei. Os pedidos são recebidos pelo "Contato".

Podemos alterar esta Política em resposta a mudanças na lei ou no Serviço. Alterações relevantes são anunciadas no Serviço.

  • 帳號識別碼・顯示名稱：本服務無需註冊，但會蒐集供服務提供之匿名識別碼，以及使用者設定之顯示名稱。
  • 使用者拍攝／生成之內容：影片片段、相片、生成之影片，及拍攝日期時間等中繼資料。
  • 裝置資訊：裝置類型、OS 版本、App 版本、裝置識別碼（IDFV 等）。
  • 使用狀況：App 操作紀錄、功能使用歷程、當機等異常資訊。
  • 推播通知權杖：用於傳送通知之識別碼（已允許時）。
  • 付費資訊：購買・訂閱狀態。惟信用卡號等付款資訊由付款業者（Apple 等）處理，本公司不保有。

3. 利用目的

  1. 提供・營運本服務（含影片生成・儲存・群組分享）
  1. 傳送推播通知
  1. 處理付費・結帳，提供特典・邀請功能
  1. 異常調查・支援，回應洽詢

4. 提供第三人・業務委託

本公司於提供本服務所需範圍內，委託下列外部業者處理資料。其中部分業者可能於海外設置伺服器。

5. 相機・麥克風・相片之存取

本服務為拍攝影片而使用相機與麥克風，為儲存所製作之影片而使用相片（媒體庫）之存取。上述權限可隨時於裝置設定變更。

6. 資料保管期間・刪除

  1. 本公司於達成利用目的所需期間內保管資料。
  1. 使用者刪除帳號時，含影片・片段之相關資料將自伺服器連鎖刪除。惟依法令須保存之資訊，或備份等可能於一定期間內殘留。

7. 未成年人之個人資訊

本公司不會刻意自未滿13歲者蒐集個人資訊。對未滿18歲使用者之個人資訊，將特別審慎處理，僅於必要最小範圍蒐集・利用。

8. 安全管理措施

本公司為防止所取得個人資料之外洩、滅失或毀損等安全管理，採取必要且適當之措施。

9. 關於海外隱私法

本服務以日本國內為對象，未對應海外隱私法（GDPR、CCPA 等）。

10. 開示・更正・停止利用之請求

使用者得依法令請求開示、更正、停止利用或刪除其個人資料。請求由「聯絡我們」窗口受理。

11. 本政策之變更

本公司得因應法令變更或服務內容變更而變更本政策。重要變更將於本服務上公告。
