合同会社VAULT(以下、「当社」といいます。)は、当社が提供する「COVERS」(以下、「本サービス」といいます。)におけるユーザーの個人情報・データの取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー(以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。)を定めます。

1. 事業者情報

2. 取得する情報

当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得します。
  • アカウント識別子・表示名・アイコン:サービス提供のための識別子、およびユーザーが設定した表示名・アイコン画像。
  • サインイン情報:「Sign in with Apple」またはGoogleでサインインした場合、認証のための識別子、メールアドレス、氏名(提供される場合)を取得します。Appleのメール非公開を選択した場合は、Appleが中継する非公開アドレスを取得します。
  • 投稿コンテンツおよびそのメタデータ:COVERの作品画像(1日1枚の焼き込み画像)、切り抜きステッカー画像、テキストステッカーの内容、ステッカーの配置情報、作成・更新日時等の付随情報。撮影したオリジナル写真および切り抜きに用いるマスクは端末内でのみ処理され、当社のサーバーには送信されません。サーバーに保存されるのは、切り抜き後のステッカー画像と完成した作品画像のみです。
  • ソーシャル情報:フォロー関係、共同COVERのメンバーシップ、えらぶ(匿名一対比較)およびリアクションの記録。えらぶ・リアクションの送り手が誰であるかは、受け手その他の第三者に開示されません。
  • デバイス情報:端末の種類、OSバージョン、アプリのバージョン、端末識別子。
  • 利用状況:アプリの操作ログ、機能の利用履歴、クラッシュ等の不具合情報。
  • プッシュ通知トークン:通知を送信するための識別子(通知を許可した場合)。
  • 課金情報:購入・サブスクリプションの状態。なお、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報はApple等の決済事業者が処理し、当社は保有しません。
なお、本サービスは位置情報を取得しません。また、写真ライブラリからの取り込み機能はなく、アプリ内カメラで撮影した写真のみを扱います(作品の保存時を除き、端末の写真ライブラリにはアクセスしません)。

3. 利用目的

当社は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。
  1. COVERの作成・投稿・タイムライン表示・共有機能の提供のため
  1. えらぶ(匿名一対比較)およびリアクション機能の提供のため
  1. 共同COVER(リアルタイム共同編集)の提供のため
  1. AI講評(編集長講評)の生成・表示のため
  1. プッシュ通知の送信のため
  1. 課金・決済の処理のため
  1. 不具合の調査・サポート、お問い合わせへの対応のため
  1. 本サービスの品質向上・改善、利用状況の分析のため
  1. 不正利用の防止、通報への対応、利用規約違反への対応のため

4. 投稿コンテンツの公開範囲

投稿されたCOVERの作品画像は、本サービスにサインインしたすべてのユーザーが閲覧できる公開タイムラインに、ユーザーの表示名・アイコンとともに表示されます。また、匿名の一対比較(えらぶ)の対象として他のユーザーに提示されることがあります。えらぶ・リアクションはいずれも匿名で処理され、送り手の情報が受け手に開示されることはありません。

5. AI講評における画像の取扱い

投稿されたCOVERに対するAI講評(編集長講評)の生成のため、投稿された作品画像がAIサービス(Anthropic Claude API)へ送信されることがあります。送信は講評の生成のためにのみ用いられ、モデルの学習には利用されない条件で利用します。APIキーはサーバー側(Edge Function)で管理し、クライアントには露出しません。

6. 第三者への提供・業務委託

当社は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、以下の外部サービス事業者にデータの処理を委託します。これらの事業者の一部は海外にサーバーを置く場合があります。

上記のほか、法令に基づく場合や、ユーザーの生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要がある場合を除き、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ずに個人データを第三者に提供することはありません。なお、これらの委託先には、契約または各社のデータ処理条件に基づき、委託目的の範囲内でのみデータを取り扱い、当社と同等以上の適切な安全管理措置を講じることを求めています。

7. データの保管期間・削除

  1. 当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、データを保管します。
  1. ユーザーがアカウントを削除した場合、作品画像・ステッカー・フォロー関係・リアクション等の関連データはサーバー上から連鎖して削除されます。ただし、法令上保存が必要な情報や、バックアップ等に一定期間残る場合があります。また、通報への対応記録は、違反対応・不正利用防止の目的にのみ利用し、対応完了後、合理的な期間内に削除します。
  1. 共同COVERにおいて、ユーザーのステッカーが他の参加メンバーの作品画像に含まれる場合、当該作品画像は他のメンバーのコンテンツとして引き続き保持されることがあります。

8. 未成年者の個人情報

当社は、13歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を取得しません。18歳未満のユーザーの個人情報については、特に慎重に取り扱い、必要最小限の範囲での収集・利用にとどめます。

9. 安全管理措置

当社は、取得した個人データの漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

10. 海外のプライバシー法について

本サービスは日本国内向けのため、海外のプライバシー法(GDPR、CCPA等)には対応していません。

11. 開示・訂正・利用停止の請求

ユーザーは、法令の定めに従い、自己の個人データの開示・訂正・利用停止・削除を請求できます。ご請求は下記のお問い合わせ窓口より受け付けます。

12. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の変更やサービスの内容の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更については、本サービス上で告知します。

VAULT LLC (合同会社VAULT; "we") establishes this Privacy Policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information and data in "COVERS" ("the Service").

1. Business operator

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information in providing the Service.
  • Account identifier / display name / icon: an identifier for providing the Service, and the display name and icon image you set.
  • Sign-in info: if you sign in with Apple or Google, we collect an authentication identifier, email address, and name (if provided). With Apple's Hide My Email, we receive the relay address Apple provides.
  • Posted content and its metadata: COVER artwork images (one baked-in image per day), cutout sticker images, the content of text stickers, sticker layout information, and accompanying information such as creation/update timestamps. Original photos you shoot and the masks used for cutouts are processed only on your device and are never sent to our servers. Only the cutout sticker images and the finished artwork images are stored on our servers.
  • Social info: follow relationships, collaborative COVER memberships, and records of Pick (anonymous pairwise comparison) and reactions. Who sent a Pick or a reaction is not disclosed to the recipient or any other third party.
  • Device info: device type, OS version, app version, device identifier.
  • Usage: operation logs, feature usage history, crash/defect info.
  • Push notification token: an identifier for sending notifications (if permitted).
  • Billing info: purchase/subscription status. Payment information such as card numbers is processed by payment providers (Apple, etc.) and not held by us.
The Service does not collect location information. There is no photo-library import feature; only photos taken with the in-app camera are handled (the device's photo library is not accessed except when saving your artwork).

3. Purposes of use

  1. To provide COVER creation, posting, timeline display, and sharing features.
  1. To provide Pick (anonymous pairwise comparison) and reaction features.
  1. To provide collaborative COVERs (real-time collaborative editing).
  1. To generate and display AI commentary (editor-in-chief commentary).
  1. To send push notifications.
  1. To process billing/payments.
  1. To investigate defects, provide support, and respond to inquiries.
  1. To improve the quality of the Service and analyze usage.
  1. To prevent misuse, respond to reports, and respond to Terms violations.

4. Visibility of posted content

Posted COVER artwork images are displayed, together with your display name and icon, on a public timeline viewable by all users signed in to the Service. They may also be presented to other users as subjects of anonymous pairwise comparison (Pick). Both Picks and reactions are processed anonymously, and the sender's information is never disclosed to the recipient.

5. Handling of images in AI commentary

To generate AI commentary (editor-in-chief commentary) on a posted COVER, the posted artwork image may be sent to an AI service (Anthropic Claude API). It is used only to generate the commentary, under terms that do not use it for model training. API keys are managed server-side (Edge Function) and never exposed to the client.

6. Third-party provision / outsourcing

We outsource data processing to the following external providers within the scope necessary to provide the Service. Some place servers overseas.
  • Supabase — account authentication / storage of artwork images and data
  • Apple (Sign in with Apple) — sign-in authentication
  • Google (Google Sign-In) — sign-in authentication
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — generation of AI commentary (posted artwork images are sent; used only to generate commentary, under terms that do not use them for training)
  • RevenueCat — billing/subscription management
  • Expo (Apple APNs / Google FCM) — sending push notifications
Other than the above, we do not provide personal data to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or as necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property. These providers are required, under our agreements or their data-processing terms, to handle the data only for the outsourced purposes and to apply protection equivalent to or exceeding our own.

7. Retention / deletion

  1. We retain data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
  1. When you delete your account, related data such as artwork images, stickers, follow relationships, and reactions is cascade-deleted from our servers. Information legally required to be retained, or data in backups, may remain for a certain period. Records of responses to reports are used only for handling violations and preventing misuse, and are deleted within a reasonable period after the response is complete.
  1. In collaborative COVERs, if your stickers are included in another participating member's artwork image, that artwork image may continue to be retained as the other member's content.

8. Minors' personal information

We do not intentionally collect personal information from those under 13. We handle the personal information of users under 18 with particular care, limited to the minimum necessary collection and use.

9. Security measures

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and to otherwise manage it safely.

10. Overseas privacy laws

As the Service is intended for Japan, it does not comply with overseas privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

11. Disclosure / correction / suspension requests

You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal data under applicable law. Requests are accepted via the contact desk below.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy in response to changes in law or the content of the Service. Material changes are announced in the Service.

4. 投稿內容的公開範圍

投稿的 COVER 作品影像將與使用者的顯示名・圖示一同,顯示於本服務所有已登入使用者皆可瀏覽之公開時間軸。此外,亦可能作為匿名一對比較(挑選)之對象向其他使用者提示。挑選・回應皆以匿名處理,傳送者的資訊不會向接收者揭示。

5. AI 講評中影像的處理

為生成對投稿 COVER 的 AI 講評(總編輯講評),投稿的作品影像可能被傳送至 AI 服務(Anthropic Claude API)。傳送僅用於講評的生成,並以不用於模型訓練之條件使用。API 金鑰於伺服器端(Edge Function)管理,不向客戶端公開。

6. 第三方提供・業務委託

本公司於提供本服務所需範圍內,委託下列外部業者處理資料。其中部分業者可能於海外設定伺服器。

本公司不會刻意自未滿13歲者收集個人資訊。對未滿18歲使用者之個人資訊將特別審慎處理,僅於必要最小範圍收集・利用。

9. 安全管理措施

本公司為防止所取得個人資料之外洩、滅失或毀損等安全管理,採取必要且適當之措施。

  • 소셜 정보: 팔로우 관계, 공동 COVER 멤버십, 고르기(익명 일대일 비교) 및 리액션 기록. 고르기・리액션의 보낸 사람이 누구인지는 받는 사람 및 그 밖의 제3자에게 공개되지 않습니다.
  • 기기 정보: 기기 종류, OS 버전, 앱 버전, 기기 식별자.
  • 이용 상황: 조작 로그, 기능 이용 이력, 크래시 등 오류 정보.
  • 푸시 알림 토큰: 알림 전송용 식별자(허용 시).
  • 결제 정보: 구매・구독 상태. 카드 번호 등 결제 정보는 결제 사업자(Apple 등)가 처리하며 당사는 보유하지 않습니다.
본 서비스는 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 또한 사진 라이브러리에서 가져오는 기능은 없으며, 앱 내 카메라로 촬영한 사진만 다룹니다(작품 저장 시를 제외하고 기기의 사진 라이브러리에 접근하지 않습니다).

4. 게시 콘텐츠의 공개 범위

게시된 COVER 작품 이미지는 이용자의 표시 이름・아이콘과 함께, 본 서비스에 로그인한 모든 이용자가 볼 수 있는 공개 타임라인에 표시됩니다. 또한 익명 일대일 비교(고르기)의 대상으로 다른 이용자에게 제시될 수 있습니다. 고르기・리액션은 모두 익명으로 처리되며, 보낸 사람의 정보가 받는 사람에게 공개되지 않습니다.

5. AI 강평에서 이미지의 취급

게시된 COVER에 대한 AI 강평(편집장 강평) 생성을 위해, 게시된 작품 이미지가 AI 서비스(Anthropic Claude API)로 전송될 수 있습니다. 전송은 강평 생성에만 이용되며 모델 학습에는 이용되지 않는 조건으로 이용합니다. API 키는 서버 측(Edge Function)에서 관리되며 클라이언트에 노출되지 않습니다.

6. 제3자 제공・업무 위탁

당사는 본 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 아래 외부 사업자에 데이터 처리를 위탁합니다. 일부는 해외에 서버를 둘 수 있습니다.
  • Supabase — 계정 인증・작품 이미지와 데이터 보관

7. 데이터 보관 기간・삭제

  1. 당사는 이용 목적 달성에 필요한 기간 동안 데이터를 보관합니다.
  1. 이용자가 계정을 삭제하면 작품 이미지・스티커・팔로우 관계・리액션 등 관련 데이터가 서버에서 연쇄 삭제됩니다. 다만 법령상 보관이 필요한 정보나 백업 등에 일정 기간 남을 수 있습니다. 또한 신고 대응 기록은 위반 대응・부정 이용 방지 목적에만 이용하며, 대응 완료 후 합리적인 기간 내에 삭제합니다.
  1. 공동 COVER에서 이용자의 스티커가 다른 참여 멤버의 작품 이미지에 포함된 경우, 해당 작품 이미지는 다른 멤버의 콘텐츠로서 계속 보관될 수 있습니다.

8. 미성년자의 개인정보

당사는 13세 미만으로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 18세 미만 이용자의 개인정보는 특히 신중히 다루며 최소한의 범위로 수집・이용합니다.

9. 안전관리 조치

당사는 취득한 개인 데이터의 누설・멸실・훼손 방지 등 안전관리를 위해 필요하고 적절한 조치를 강구합니다.

10. 해외 개인정보보호법에 관하여

본 서비스는 일본 국내용이므로 해외 개인정보보호법(GDPR, CCPA 등)에는 대응하지 않습니다.

  • Identificador de cuenta / nombre visible / icono: un identificador para prestar el Servicio y el nombre visible e icono que configures.
  • Información de inicio de sesión: si inicias sesión con Apple o Google, recopilamos un identificador de autenticación, correo y nombre (si se proporciona). Con Ocultar mi correo de Apple, recibimos la dirección de reenvío que Apple proporciona.
  • Contenido publicado y sus metadatos: imágenes de obra de COVER (una imagen consolidada por día), imágenes de pegatinas recortadas, el contenido de las pegatinas de texto, información de disposición de las pegatinas e información asociada como marcas de tiempo de creación/actualización. Las fotos originales que tomas y las máscaras usadas para el recorte se procesan únicamente en tu dispositivo y nunca se envían a nuestros servidores. En nuestros servidores solo se guardan las imágenes de pegatinas ya recortadas y las imágenes de la obra terminada.
  • Información social: relaciones de seguimiento, membresías de COVER colaborativos y registros de Elegir (comparación anónima por pares) y de reacciones. Quién envió un Elegir o una reacción no se revela al destinatario ni a ningún otro tercero.
  • Información del dispositivo: tipo de dispositivo, versión del SO, versión de la app, identificador del dispositivo.
  • Uso: registros de operación, historial de uso de funciones, información de fallos.
  • Token de notificaciones push: un identificador para enviar notificaciones (si se permite).
  • Información de facturación: estado de compra/suscripción. La información de pago como números de tarjeta la procesan los proveedores de pago (Apple, etc.) y no la conservamos.
El Servicio no recopila información de ubicación. No existe función de importación desde la biblioteca de fotos; solo se manejan fotos tomadas con la cámara de la app (no se accede a la biblioteca de fotos del dispositivo salvo al guardar tu obra).

3. Finalidades de uso

  1. Prestar las funciones de creación, publicación, visualización en el timeline y compartición de COVER.
  1. Prestar las funciones de Elegir (comparación anónima por pares) y de reacciones.
  1. Prestar los COVER colaborativos (edición colaborativa en tiempo real).
  1. Generar y mostrar el comentario de IA (comentario del redactor jefe).
  1. Enviar notificaciones push.
  1. Procesar facturación/pagos.
  1. Investigar fallos, dar soporte y responder consultas.
  1. Mejorar la calidad del Servicio y analizar el uso.
  1. Prevenir el uso indebido, responder a denuncias y a infracciones de los Términos.

4. Visibilidad del contenido publicado

Las imágenes de obra de COVER publicadas se muestran, junto con tu nombre visible e icono, en un timeline público visible para todos los usuarios que hayan iniciado sesión en el Servicio. También pueden presentarse a otros usuarios como objeto de la comparación anónima por pares (Elegir). Tanto Elegir como las reacciones se procesan de forma anónima, y la información del remitente nunca se revela al destinatario.

5. Tratamiento de imágenes en el comentario de IA

Para generar el comentario de IA (comentario del redactor jefe) sobre un COVER publicado, la imagen de la obra publicada puede enviarse a un servicio de IA (Anthropic Claude API). Se usa solo para generar el comentario, bajo condiciones que no la usan para entrenar modelos. Las claves de API se gestionan del lado del servidor (Edge Function) y nunca se exponen al cliente.

6. Provisión a terceros / subcontratación

Subcontratamos el tratamiento de datos a los siguientes proveedores externos en la medida necesaria para prestar el Servicio. Algunos ubican servidores en el extranjero.
  • Supabase — autenticación de cuenta / almacenamiento de imágenes de obra y datos
  • Apple (Sign in with Apple) — autenticación de inicio de sesión
  • Google (Inicio de sesión con Google) — autenticación de inicio de sesión
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — generación del comentario de IA (se envían las imágenes de obra publicadas; solo para generar el comentario, bajo condiciones que no las usan para entrenamiento)
  • RevenueCat — gestión de facturación/suscripciones
  • Expo (Apple APNs / Google FCM) — envío de notificaciones push
Salvo lo anterior, no proporcionamos datos personales a terceros sin consentimiento previo, excepto cuando lo exija la ley o sea necesario para proteger la vida, el cuerpo o los bienes de una persona. Estos proveedores están obligados, en virtud de nuestros acuerdos o de sus términos de tratamiento de datos, a tratar los datos solo para las finalidades encomendadas y a aplicar una protección equivalente o superior a la nuestra.

7. Conservación / eliminación

  1. Conservamos los datos durante el periodo necesario para cumplir las finalidades de uso.
  1. Cuando eliminas tu cuenta, los datos relacionados —imágenes de obra, pegatinas, relaciones de seguimiento, reacciones, etc.— se eliminan en cascada de nuestros servidores. La información que la ley exija conservar, o los datos en copias de seguridad, pueden permanecer un tiempo. Los registros de respuesta a denuncias se usan solo para gestionar infracciones y prevenir el uso indebido, y se eliminan en un plazo razonable tras completar la respuesta.
  1. En los COVER colaborativos, si tus pegatinas están incluidas en la imagen de obra de otro miembro participante, esa imagen puede seguir conservándose como contenido del otro miembro.

8. Información personal de menores

No recopilamos intencionadamente información personal de menores de 13 años. Tratamos la información personal de usuarios menores de 18 con especial cuidado, limitada a la recopilación y uso mínimos necesarios.

9. Medidas de seguridad

Adoptamos medidas necesarias y adecuadas para prevenir la filtración, pérdida o daño de los datos personales y para gestionarlos de forma segura.

10. Leyes de privacidad extranjeras

Como el Servicio está destinado a Japón, no cumple leyes de privacidad extranjeras (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

11. Solicitudes de divulgación / corrección / suspensión

Puedes solicitar la divulgación, corrección, suspensión de uso o eliminación de tus datos personales conforme a la ley. Las solicitudes se reciben en el punto de contacto indicado abajo.

12. Cambios en esta Política

A VAULT LLC (合同会社VAULT; "nós") estabelece esta Política de Privacidade ("Política") sobre o tratamento das informações pessoais e dados dos usuários no "COVERS" ("o Serviço").

2. Informações que coletamos

Coletamos as seguintes informações ao prestar o Serviço.
  • Identificador de conta / nome de exibição / ícone: um identificador para prestar o Serviço e o nome de exibição e ícone que você define.
  • Informações de login: se você entrar com Apple ou Google, coletamos um identificador de autenticação, e-mail e nome (se fornecido). Com Ocultar Meu E-mail da Apple, recebemos o endereço de redirecionamento que a Apple fornece.
  • Conteúdo publicado e seus metadados: imagens de obra do COVER (uma imagem consolidada por dia), imagens de adesivos recortados, o conteúdo dos adesivos de texto, informações de disposição dos adesivos e informações associadas, como carimbos de data/hora de criação/atualização. As fotos originais que você tira e as máscaras usadas para o recorte são processadas apenas no seu dispositivo e nunca são enviadas aos nossos servidores. Nos nossos servidores são armazenadas apenas as imagens de adesivos já recortados e as imagens da obra finalizada.
  • Informações sociais: relações de seguir, participações em COVER colaborativos e registros de Escolher (comparação anônima em pares) e de reações. Quem enviou um Escolher ou uma reação não é revelado ao destinatário nem a nenhum outro terceiro.
  • Informações do dispositivo: tipo de dispositivo, versão do SO, versão do app, identificador do dispositivo.
  • Uso: registros de operação, histórico de uso de recursos, informações de falhas.
  • Token de notificação push: um identificador para enviar notificações (se permitido).
  • Informações de cobrança: status de compra/assinatura. Informações de pagamento, como números de cartão, são processadas pelos provedores de pagamento (Apple, etc.) e não são mantidas por nós.
O Serviço não coleta informações de localização. Não há recurso de importação da biblioteca de fotos; apenas fotos tiradas com a câmera do app são tratadas (a biblioteca de fotos do dispositivo não é acessada, exceto ao salvar sua obra).

3. Finalidades de uso

  1. Prestar os recursos de criação, publicação, exibição na timeline e compartilhamento de COVER.
  1. Prestar os recursos de Escolher (comparação anônima em pares) e de reações.
  1. Prestar os COVER colaborativos (edição colaborativa em tempo real).
  1. Gerar e exibir o comentário de IA (comentário do editor-chefe).
  1. Enviar notificações push.
  1. Processar cobrança/pagamentos.
  1. Investigar falhas, dar suporte e responder a dúvidas.
  1. Melhorar a qualidade do Serviço e analisar o uso.
  1. Prevenir uso indevido, responder a denúncias e a violações dos Termos.

4. Visibilidade do conteúdo publicado

As imagens de obra do COVER publicadas são exibidas, junto com seu nome de exibição e ícone, em uma timeline pública visível a todos os usuários que fizeram login no Serviço. Elas também podem ser apresentadas a outros usuários como objeto da comparação anônima em pares (Escolher). Tanto o Escolher quanto as reações são processados anonimamente, e as informações do remetente nunca são reveladas ao destinatário.

5. Tratamento de imagens no comentário de IA

Para gerar o comentário de IA (comentário do editor-chefe) sobre um COVER publicado, a imagem da obra publicada pode ser enviada a um serviço de IA (Anthropic Claude API). Ela é usada apenas para gerar o comentário, sob condições que não a usam para treinar modelos. As chaves de API são gerenciadas no servidor (Edge Function) e nunca expostas ao cliente.

6. Provisão a terceiros / terceirização

Terceirizamos o tratamento de dados aos provedores externos a seguir, na medida necessária para prestar o Serviço. Alguns mantêm servidores no exterior.
  • Supabase — autenticação de conta / armazenamento de imagens de obra e dados
  • Apple (Sign in with Apple) — autenticação de login
  • Google (Login do Google) — autenticação de login
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — geração do comentário de IA (as imagens de obra publicadas são enviadas; apenas para gerar o comentário, sob condições que não as usam para treinamento)

Salvo o acima, não fornecemos dados pessoais a terceiros sem consentimento prévio, exceto quando exigido por lei ou necessário para proteger a vida, o corpo ou os bens de uma pessoa. Esses provedores são obrigados, nos termos dos nossos contratos ou das suas condições de tratamento de dados, a tratar os dados apenas para as finalidades delegadas e a aplicar proteção equivalente ou superior à nossa.

7. Retenção / exclusão

  1. Retemos os dados pelo período necessário para cumprir as finalidades de uso.
  1. Ao excluir sua conta, os dados relacionados — imagens de obra, adesivos, relações de seguir, reações, etc. — são excluídos em cascata dos nossos servidores. Informações que a lei exija reter, ou dados em backups, podem permanecer por um período. Os registros de resposta a denúncias são usados apenas para lidar com violações e prevenir uso indevido, e são excluídos em prazo razoável após a conclusão da resposta.
  1. Nos COVER colaborativos, se seus adesivos estiverem incluídos na imagem de obra de outro membro participante, essa imagem poderá continuar sendo mantida como conteúdo do outro membro.

8. Informações pessoais de menores

Não coletamos intencionalmente informações pessoais de menores de 13 anos. Tratamos as informações pessoais de usuários menores de 18 com cuidado especial, limitadas à coleta e ao uso mínimos necessários.

9. Medidas de segurança

Adotamos medidas necessárias e adequadas para prevenir vazamento, perda ou dano de dados pessoais e para geri-los com segurança.

10. Leis de privacidade estrangeiras

Como o Serviço destina-se ao Japão, não cumpre leis de privacidade estrangeiras (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

11. Solicitações de divulgação / correção / suspensão

Você pode solicitar divulgação, correção, suspensão de uso ou exclusão de seus dados pessoais conforme a lei. As solicitações são recebidas pelo canal de contato abaixo.

2. Informasi yang kami kumpulkan

Kami mengumpulkan informasi berikut dalam menyediakan Layanan.

  • Informasi masuk: jika Anda masuk dengan Apple atau Google, kami mengumpulkan pengenal autentikasi, email, dan nama (jika diberikan). Dengan Sembunyikan Email Saya milik Apple, kami menerima alamat relai yang disediakan Apple.
  • Konten yang diunggah dan metadatanya: gambar karya COVER (satu gambar jadi per hari), gambar stiker hasil potongan, isi stiker teks, informasi tata letak stiker, dan informasi terkait seperti stempel waktu pembuatan/pembaruan. Foto asli yang Anda ambil dan mask yang digunakan untuk pemotongan hanya diproses di dalam perangkat dan tidak pernah dikirim ke server kami. Yang disimpan di server kami hanyalah gambar stiker hasil potongan dan gambar karya yang sudah selesai.
  • Informasi sosial: relasi mengikuti, keanggotaan COVER kolaboratif, serta catatan Memilih (perbandingan berpasangan anonim) dan reaksi. Siapa yang mengirim Memilih atau reaksi tidak diungkapkan kepada penerima maupun pihak ketiga lainnya.
  • Informasi perangkat: jenis perangkat, versi OS, versi aplikasi, pengenal perangkat.
  • Penggunaan: log operasi, riwayat penggunaan fitur, informasi kerusakan.
  • Token notifikasi push: pengenal untuk mengirim notifikasi (jika diizinkan).
  • Informasi penagihan: status pembelian/langganan. Informasi pembayaran seperti nomor kartu diproses oleh penyedia pembayaran (Apple, dll.) dan tidak kami simpan.
Layanan ini tidak mengumpulkan informasi lokasi. Tidak ada fitur impor dari pustaka foto; hanya foto yang diambil dengan kamera dalam aplikasi yang ditangani (pustaka foto perangkat tidak diakses kecuali saat menyimpan karya Anda).

3. Tujuan penggunaan

  1. Menyediakan fitur pembuatan, pengunggahan, tampilan timeline, dan berbagi COVER.
  1. Menyediakan fitur Memilih (perbandingan berpasangan anonim) dan reaksi.
  1. Menyediakan COVER kolaboratif (pengeditan kolaboratif real time).
  1. Menghasilkan dan menampilkan komentar AI (komentar pemimpin redaksi).
  1. Mengirim notifikasi push.
  1. Memproses penagihan/pembayaran.
  1. Menyelidiki kerusakan, memberi dukungan, dan menanggapi pertanyaan.
  1. Meningkatkan kualitas Layanan dan menganalisis penggunaan.
  1. Mencegah penyalahgunaan, menanggapi laporan, dan menanggapi pelanggaran Ketentuan.

4. Jangkauan publikasi konten yang diunggah

Gambar karya COVER yang diunggah ditampilkan, bersama nama tampilan dan ikon Anda, di timeline publik yang dapat dilihat oleh semua pengguna yang masuk ke Layanan. Gambar tersebut juga dapat disajikan kepada pengguna lain sebagai objek perbandingan berpasangan anonim (Memilih). Baik Memilih maupun reaksi diproses secara anonim, dan informasi pengirim tidak pernah diungkapkan kepada penerima.

5. Penanganan gambar pada komentar AI

Untuk menghasilkan komentar AI (komentar pemimpin redaksi) atas COVER yang diunggah, gambar karya yang diunggah dapat dikirim ke layanan AI (Anthropic Claude API). Gambar hanya digunakan untuk menghasilkan komentar, dengan ketentuan yang tidak menggunakannya untuk melatih model. Kunci API dikelola di sisi server (Edge Function) dan tidak pernah diekspos ke klien.

6. Penyediaan kepada pihak ketiga / alih daya

Kami mengalihdayakan pemrosesan data kepada penyedia eksternal berikut sebatas yang diperlukan untuk menyediakan Layanan. Sebagian menempatkan server di luar negeri.
  • Supabase — autentikasi akun / penyimpanan gambar karya dan data
  • Apple (Sign in with Apple) — autentikasi masuk
  • Google (Login Google) — autentikasi masuk

Selain hal di atas, kami tidak memberikan data pribadi kepada pihak ketiga tanpa persetujuan sebelumnya, kecuali jika diwajibkan hukum atau diperlukan untuk melindungi nyawa, tubuh, atau harta seseorang. Penyedia ini diwajibkan, berdasarkan perjanjian kami atau ketentuan pemrosesan data mereka, untuk mengolah data hanya untuk tujuan yang dialihdayakan dan menerapkan perlindungan yang setara atau lebih baik daripada milik kami.

7. Penyimpanan / penghapusan

  1. Kami menyimpan data selama periode yang diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan penggunaan.
  1. Saat Anda menghapus akun, data terkait seperti gambar karya, stiker, relasi mengikuti, dan reaksi dihapus berantai dari server kami. Informasi yang wajib disimpan menurut hukum, atau data dalam cadangan, dapat tersisa untuk periode tertentu. Catatan penanganan laporan hanya digunakan untuk menangani pelanggaran dan mencegah penyalahgunaan, dan dihapus dalam jangka waktu yang wajar setelah penanganan selesai.
  1. Pada COVER kolaboratif, jika stiker Anda termasuk dalam gambar karya anggota peserta lain, gambar karya tersebut dapat tetap disimpan sebagai konten anggota lain itu.

8. Informasi pribadi anak di bawah umur

Kami tidak sengaja mengumpulkan informasi pribadi dari mereka yang di bawah 13 tahun. Kami menangani informasi pribadi pengguna di bawah 18 tahun dengan sangat hati-hati, terbatas pada pengumpulan dan penggunaan minimum yang diperlukan.

9. Langkah pengamanan

Kami mengambil langkah yang perlu dan tepat untuk mencegah kebocoran, kehilangan, atau kerusakan data pribadi dan untuk mengelolanya dengan aman.

10. Hukum privasi luar negeri

Karena Layanan ditujukan untuk Jepang, ia tidak mematuhi hukum privasi luar negeri (GDPR, CCPA, dll.).
