TUMO Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "TUMO" (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the App
TUMO is a game in which you photograph real objects with your device camera; the cut-out images are stacked as physics pieces. In online matches, piece images you capture are shown on your opponents' devices.
2. Eligibility
- A supported device with a camera is required.
- Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before using the App.
- Online play requires an internet connection.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any of the following. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
- Capturing or transmitting sexual or obscene content
- Capturing or transmitting violent or grotesque content
- Capturing or transmitting content intended to discriminate against, hate, or harass any person or group
- Capturing or transmitting other people's faces, ID cards, credit cards, documents, or other personal information without their consent
- Infringing any third party's copyright, trademark, likeness, or other rights
- Cheating, tampering, spoofing network traffic, or otherwise undermining fair play
- Violating applicable laws or public order and morals
- Any other conduct we reasonably deem inappropriate
4. User-Generated Content (Captured Images)
- Captured images are, as a rule, processed only on your device and are not stored on our servers.
- Only during online matches, your captured piece images are transmitted to and displayed on your opponents' devices.
- When a report is filed, the reported piece image and related information may be transmitted to and retained by us for moderation purposes.
- You represent that you have all rights necessary to transmit the images you capture.
5. Reporting, Blocking, and Suspension
- You can report an opponent's inappropriate piece during a match.
- You can block specific opponents to avoid future matches with them.
- We may suspend online features or take other necessary measures against users who violate these Terms, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding your captured images) belong to us or our licensors.
7. Disclaimer
- We are not liable for damages arising from interruption, suspension, modification, or termination of the App, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- We do not pre-screen all content transmitted by opponents in online matches; we respond to reports after the fact.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms when necessary. Amended Terms take effect when posted on this page. Material changes will be announced in the App.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute arising in connection with the App.
